Refund & Dispute Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every engagement.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service delivery or payment.
• Services not yet rendered are eligible for a full refund upon written cancellation.
• Partially completed services will be refunded on a pro-rated basis based on work completed.
• Completed and delivered services are non-refundable unless the deliverable materially fails to meet the agreed scope.
• To initiate a dispute or refund, email billing@tntmultimedia.org with your invoice number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. The following terms apply to all scheduled services and retainers:

• More than 72 hours notice: Full refund or credit applied to a future session.
• 24–72 hours notice: 50% refund or 50% credit toward a rescheduled session.
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; session is forfeited.
• Monthly retainers: May be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No partial-month refunds after work has commenced.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@tntmultimedia.org.

Return Policy

TnT Multimedia provides consulting and digital services. We do not sell physical goods; therefore, no physical returns are applicable.

For any digital deliverable (reports, strategy documents, edited files) that does not meet the agreed-upon scope, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a revision or resolution.

Legal & Export Restrictions

TnT Multimedia operates in compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws.

• Services are provided for lawful purposes only.
• Content produced or consulting services rendered must not be used to create or distribute illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material.
• Export of certain digital media tools, software, or consulting deliverables may be restricted by U.S. export control regulations (EAR/ITAR). Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable export laws in their jurisdiction.
• TnT Multimedia reserves the right to decline any engagement that conflicts with applicable law or our ethical standards.

Promotional Terms & Conditions

From time to time, TnT Multimedia may offer promotions, discounts, or special packages. The following terms apply:

• Promotions are valid only for the dates and services explicitly stated in the promotional offer.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Promotional pricing applies to new service agreements only, unless otherwise noted.
• Free consultations or introductory sessions are limited to one per client/organization.
• TnT Multimedia reserves the right to modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All promotional offers are subject to availability and require a signed service agreement.

Terms & Conditions

By engaging TnT Multimedia's services, you agree to the following:

• A signed agreement or written confirmation is required before work begins.
• Payment terms are Net 14 unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
• Intellectual property created during an engagement remains the property of TnT Multimedia until payment is received in full, at which point rights transfer to the client as defined in the service agreement.
• TnT Multimedia is not liable for outcomes resulting from client implementation of consulting recommendations.
• All communications and deliverables are confidential and governed by any applicable NDA or confidentiality clause in the service agreement.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
